1. Returns – UAE Orders

We accept returns for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. International Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders.
In rare cases where a return is authorized:
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.
  • Items must meet the same return conditions as UAE orders.
  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned at the sender’s expense.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided for damaged or defective items.
We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as size, color preferences, or change of mind.
To request an exchange:
  • Contact us at info@amidalkuwait.ae with your order number and description of the issue.
  • Ship the item to the return address listed above.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:
  • The item is defective, damaged, or eligible under our return policy.
Process:
  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where applicable, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

5. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:
  • You’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, we will email you a gift credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

6. Shipping Recommendations

  • For high-value items (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection. If items are received used, damaged, or missing components, the return may be refused.
