1. Shipping Methods & Costs

We partner with trusted courier services to guarantee secure and timely delivery.
Shipping fees depend on destination, package weight, and order total. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 10 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
  • Signature Required: All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
  • Once dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be changed.
  • Ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.

2. Delivery Delays During Peak Periods

During sales, holidays, or promotional campaigns, delivery may take 5–7 additional business days due to increased order volumes.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to two zones:
  • GCC Countries
  • Worldwide (Other International Destinations)
Shipping charges may be bundled with the product price based on location to offer transparent pricing.

4. Guest Checkout

You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, please double-check your email and contact number to avoid any shipping issues.

5. First-Time Orders

For security purposes, first-time customers may be asked to register an account with valid details. This helps us verify your identity and process your order efficiently.

6. Shipment Insurance

All orders are insured during transit. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient once the package is signed for.
If the item is marked as a gift and received by someone else, they are considered the legal recipient.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

8. Duties and Taxes

Product prices and delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout.
Any applicable customs duties or taxes will be calculated automatically based on the destination country’s regulations.
