1. Shipping Methods & Costs

We work with trusted regional and global courier partners to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and safely. Shipping charges depend on the destination, package weight, and total order amount. The final shipping fee will be clearly calculated during the checkout process.

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 10 working days.
• Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
• Delays caused by customs, local holidays, or unexpected events are beyond our control.
• Important Note:
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery address changes are not possible.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign and accept the parcel.

2. Delivery Timeframes During Peak Periods

Please note that during sale seasons or promotional campaigns, delivery may be delayed by 5 to 7 additional working days due to high demand.

3. International Shipments

We currently offer international shipping across two primary zones:

• GCC Countries
• Other International Destinations
• Shipping costs may be reflected in the final product price depending on your location, to ensure clear pricing and reliable delivery.

4. Guest Checkout Option

Customers can place orders as guests without creating an account. However, we strongly recommend double-checking your email address and contact number during checkout to prevent delays.

5. First-Time Orders

For security reasons, customers placing an order for the first time are required to register an account with valid personal details. This helps us verify and process your order smoothly.

6. Shipment Insurance

All orders are insured during transit. The responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient upon signed delivery.

If your order is marked as a gift and someone else signs for it, that individual will be considered the legal recipient and assumes full responsibility for the package.

7. Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, Amid Al Kuwait will send an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.

8. Duties and Taxes

Product prices and delivery fees are shown clearly during browsing and checkout. Any applicable taxes or customs duties will be calculated and added automatically based on the destination country’s import policies.
